Influence Meet Up :).

Hello new readers, followers, old friends etc!!! :) :).

3 Facts Me..

1. I have been a Christian all my life. But I really didn't give my whole self to him and plans etc to him until February of last year when he truly wrecked me. I have to remind myself daily of that weekend saved my life and in March saved me again and I'm forever in awe of his amazing LOVE for me!!!

2. Wednesdays nights are the nights i live for. I work with kids at church. I work K3- 1st Grade. Nothing cheers me up more then hearing those kids scream/sing children's songs. Or getting hugs from them.

3. I care about my friends more then I do myself. I care about you all too. When y'all are going through a storm I will be praying
When y'all are happy I am right there cheering you on. :)

This is my favorite pics of me and my boy. :)

Then the other is because I love me some hot tea!! :)

  3. LOVE that you work with that age group at your church. You would have my oldest if we went to the same church! Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom or go through a MAJOR life event in order to truly turn to Christ & develop & seek a personal relationship with Him. LOVE your passion for others!!!!

    2. Kaitlyn, it wouldn't be anything new. Those two sweet blessings are VERY easy to spoil! It is a VERY exciting season in life that gets better as each day passes. Are there tough days, are there days when I just want to throw the towel in & say I'm not cut out for any of this? OF COURSE THERE ARE! But we have to call on the Lord for our strength & ask Him to help us in our areas of weakness. When we learn to depend on Him alone, our weaknesses become saturated in His Power. We also have to remember that we are NOT Superwoman......in other words, your house will not always be perfect & everything will not always be put where you want it (just start getting used to the phrase: excuse the mess, I'm too busy making memories with my kids) AND when someone OFFERS help, take them up on it. And don't be afraid to ask for help when you feel like you need it.

Wow....I PROMISE it really IS wonderful to be a wife & mother, I'm just trying to tell you some days are hard. Your calling is what you do when it's those hard days.....just call on Jesus. I love you & sorry if that seemed long & rambling....God led me to say it.

    3. I love long rambling message. I can't wait for that season in my life. :) I know it maybe awhile. But am I ready for it now. No not yet. God is still molding who I am supposed to be. I know that God wants me to be a mom that's for sure. :) I also can't wait for the season of wife as well. I love you so much!! So glad we are blog friends!

  6. I have to remind myself often of the times God has wrecked me, too. It's so good to see that evidence of how fiercely He loves us and how much He's working in our lives!
