In A Funk The Past 2 Weeks ( Vlog)

This kind of explains my funk the past 2 weeks. Yeah for Vlog!!







So I am joining Abbey for





So starting today I am starting to either 

A. 30 Day Shread

or 

B. Work Out

 

If I miss a day I do  what I missed on the weekend. The weekends are my off days. 

I will also be doing this again. 

 



I will also being tracking again because my tracking has been awful lately. 

I know I can do this!!

    I have been in a productivity funk lately as well so I can relate! I think the best thing I have been able to figure out is you just gotta do it whether you want to or not! For me, even if I'm dragging my feet out of bed, when I'm finally getting things done I feel better. Maybe that would work for you to!!

      With this warm weather alabama is finally having I'm going to walk outside at least 2x a week. :)

  2. You can totally do this! I have such a problem with eating healthier that whatever awesome workout I may do, never seems to help my weight because I just eat crap again. I'm doing Abbey's challenge too so I think that's what I'm going to focus on.

    I love that you vlog about it all. It's so hard to put yourself out there when it comes to being healthier. You're amazeballs.

    I've seen that 6 pack March thing floating around, you think it's too late to start? All I know is a 30 second plank kills me, I can't imagine going any further than that. Haha.

    1. I don't think it is. I just now did it again after not doing it for a week. ( Boo) I looked up the website it looks amazing. It also has a calendar for every month. So I'm gong to try and do that. :)

  3. Girl, get BETTER! Take care of yourself!!!! You can do this girl! I got your back & we'll encourage each other along the way! Just take it one day/one work out/ one work out move at a time. And when you don't feel like doing it (unless you are physically sick), do it ANYWAY! Your brain produces happy hormones during workouts that make you feel MUCH BETTER! We ALL get in those funks, but let's get you out of this one! Love ya!
