Sorry for Not Committing

So I am now doing 2 fitness and weight loss challenges!! 


I feel like a failure fir the first one because I have not been doing anything so this is an aplogy video/ life  recap video.

  1. Holy Cow!!!!!!! Excited that you are graduating!!! Congrats on that & with your month-aversary with the bf!!!!! You can & will do awesome this summer! Just make a plan. Don't beat yourself up if you don't stick to it 100%, but do your best!!! Good job on getting away from your scale addiction. We ALL have those months where we do bad...this has been one for me. DO NOT beat yourself up about gaining weight: use it as motivation to do better!!! You can & will do this! I AM HERE for your encouragement & to cheer you along the way!!!! Love you!!!! Have an awesome week! And even though cleaning sucks, enjoy that you are doing it, cherish those memories!

    Meal planning is hard. I keep telling myself I'm going to do it and I never do.

    I failed and restarted OVER AND OVER again before working out/eating better stuck with me. Seriously. Do not beat yourself up about gaining weight, it happens to the best of us. Just remember that each meal, each minute, each day is a new beginning. You can start over. Just because you failed at lunch doesn't mean you have to a dinner as well. But you know what? Even if you DO, we're still going to love you. We're still going to support you, because you're worth it.
