5K and Weight Update

So most of y'all know I been on this heathy train for almost a year now. 

However I really started in August when I got home.  I was the heaviest I had ever been. I was 249. I promised myself I would never allow get that big. But I did. So I started to eat clean and eventually working out. 

I now have been eating good for 4 months. And working out for 3 months.

I have done a mud run with obstacles. 

I weighed in for the month for Nov. And I lost 6 lbs!! :). 

I don't know about my inches yet. 

So now I have lost 21 lbs!! I'm so close to 10% of my body weight!! 

I went from a 22-24 to 18-20. I can also fit in XL Tshirts.

I am also doing this for me too. I feel amazing. I have so much energy. 

If you would have told me if I would feel this good I would not believe you. 

And now next week I'm starting to train for my first 5K. 

I maybe even do this half in 2015. Eeek. 

I am going to Disney/Universial later in the month. So yeah for walking!! :) 

I can't wait to see what 2014 has in store!!!! I hope to have lost another 29 before my birthday ( Oct. 6) I know I can do it!!
