Spring Break!!!

This past week was an up and down one for me. I did some food choices that were not the best. I have already gotten back on the healthy train. :)

This weekend is going to be hard. But they were will be some good options. Thank you Lord!! :).

Also please be in prayer for my high school. There was a bomb threat. The police were there all last night. My sister MEC is not going to school today.

  2. don't sweat your gain....it's less than 1 lb! I find linking up to WIW helps a lot, it keeps me coming back, time after time.....like the Eleanor Rosevelt quote!

  3. Someone else posted today about the importance of tracking your food and it's totally true for me. Not tracking is a sure step for me to fall right off track... happens all the time. I actually haven't been doing a very good job of tracking lately so let's both make a pact that we'll log our food this week!

  5. A gain like that is trivial, well it's not ideal, no gain is, at least you were honest about the previous week! Next week will be better :)

  6. It all takes time and don't be hard on yourself. Life is going to happen so you just have to make the best choices you can. Give Jillian a try. I hate her but I love how she makes me feel.

  7. It looks like you have a lot of good things to look forward to. Congratulations on the overall weight loss! Sometimes I get really discouraged, but then I remember that I am better off now then when I started.

  9. Tracking what you eat is definitely a surefire way to stay on track. Don't let .8 get you down...you can do it :)

  10. You're so close to being out of the 230's! Mexican food is my weakness...I can eat my weight in chips and cheese dip!

  11. Who can blame you for giving in to mexican food?! it had to have been healthy since you had spinach though, right?!

  12. I crave Mexican food all the time too. It is so good! I had a good week last week but this week isn't going as planned for me either. I guess this is how it is for us! Good job on working out! I need to start doing that. I am being really lazy and bad about it but if I want to fit into a wedding dress, by golly I will lose some lbs. Ugh. You are doing great though! Keep it up and just keep tracking!!

  13. A gain of less than a LB is so minor. You will definitely show the 230's who's boss this week! And what is it about Mexican food? It's one of my favorites and it's so hard to do it healthy and tasty.
