Weigh Wed Week 3

So not going lie. I have not been working out again. I have an eye infection, sinus infection, and Suzy( what me and my bestie when the lovely monthly visitor comes to town) came to town.

I will definitely start once my sickness is gone. So now to the weigh in....



Pounds I lost: 2.3 lbs ( umm.. What what!?? Haha)

Current Pounds I have lost: 7.9 lbs!

Current Weight: 228.5 lbs

Original Weight: 236.4 lbs


Pounds to Goal. 103.4 lbs


What I Craved This Week: Mashed potatoes. And chocolate. And ice cream.

What Have I Noticed Differently About My Body:
Nothing really yet.

Workouts: Nothing. Only walking to and from class.

Personal Goals: track everything I eat
go to workout once I get better
Dont eat horrible this weekend because I'm staying at school

Side Note: This Week is National Eating Disorders Awareness Week

One of my best friends LEA is in treatment for anorexia. I love her so much and I'm so glad she is getting help for it.

This is problem ladies. Society today is worse then ever before.

7 million women are affected every year in the USA

One million men are.

I was only an 80s child for 2 months. But I love me some 80s movies, music. etc.  Warning lots of songs ahead. haha
