1. My lovely blog friends/followers. Y'all in the previous post were so supportive. It made my week so much.
2. Tonight I worked out with Brad. I haven't worked out with him awhile. He pushed me so much. At the end of the workout we did stations. I have a hate/love relationship with the treadmill. So I wanted to do it last. So you power the treadmill yourself so I pushed myself like I never have done before. So I got done with my first round which goes for 30 seconds and brad was so proud of me. So he made everyone look at me while I did my second/last round. He made me feel so good and made me realize a lot of things. That will be the post for tomorrow.
3. Unexpected phone call from JBK. :).
4. Lunch with two of my best friends.
5. My small group. Those girls are the best. I am being mentored instead of being the mentor. I love it.
